Hello, I am 35 years old. I have four fur babies and I have been married for 10 years. My pain journey began in 2014. Since that time I have been in high impact chronic pain 24/7 due to fibromyalgia, scoliosis, bulging disks and arthritis. I have struggled and almost gave up a few times but in my journey I have learned that God has a plan and a purpose and I believe part of that is creating resources and a community for other sufferers. I hope we can lift one another up as we battle the treacherous terrain of chronic pain. My goal is to share resources, tips, opportunities for you to get involved in the fight, tools and provide a space for encouragement. Chronic pain feels very lonely but we are not alone, there are millions of us. I think together we can make a difference.
